FryAway Pan Fry is a plant-based cooking oil solidifier powder that turns used oil into a solid disc you toss in the trash. Each pack includes 4 individually wrapped packets — one packet handles up to 2 cups (500 mL) of oil.


HOW TO USE:

1. Sprinkle FryAway into hot oil (170 degrees F minimum) and stir to dissolve.

2. Remove from heat and let cool. The oil solidifies, trapping any debris.

  • FryAway Pan Fry is designed for small batches of cooking oil used in pan frying or sautéing. After cooking foods like bacon, eggs, vegetables, or stir-fry, simply sprinkle the powder into the hot oil, stir, and allow it to cool. As the oil cools, it solidifies so you can easily scoop it out and throw it in the trash.

  • One packet of FryAway Pan Fry can solidify up to 2 cups (about 0.5 liters) of used cooking oil, making it ideal for small frying pans and everyday stovetop cooking.

  • Yes. FryAway Pan Fry works well with bacon grease and other animal fats. For smaller amounts of grease, you can start with ¼ packet and adjust if needed, since a little goes a long way.

  • Using FryAway Pan Fry is simple:

    Turn off the heat and remove food from the pan.

    Sprinkle the powder into hot oil (around 170°F / 77°C) and stir until dissolved.
