We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We ask that you notify us of any problems within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by FryAway. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
As we continue to keep our community safe, we've implemented measures which may cause a slight delay of 1-2 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).
U.S. SHIPPING METHODS
For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):
- FryAway is proud to offer free ground shipping for all $50+ orders shipped within the Contiguous US. In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have $50 or more of product and / or merchandise in your cart. We ship orders using UPS Ground Services and USPS Priority and First Class Services. Shipping carrier will be determined by FryAway at the time of shipping based on end destination and service is selected to ensure delivery within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):
- FryAway does not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US at this time, but you can still order our products with an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be determined by the standard rates of your preferred carrier.
FryAway ships internationally via US Postal Service International First Class Package Service. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments.
Shipping times vary between carriers. FryAway will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:
- UPS Ground Contiguous US (4-5 Business Days after processing)
- USPS Priority Mail (3 Business Days after processing)
- Note: We cannot account for vendor or carrier delays that may occur
