I usually get the Super Fry, which comes with a measuring scoop, and I had to use both packets in one bag to solidify 3 quarts of oil from frying shrimp, and the second packet was half a packet more than I needed. But now I know to ake sure I just buy the Super Fry since it's more economical for how I fry.

We love FryAway! As soon as we are done frying/deep frying, we stir FryAway into the hot grease and walk away. When it is cooled the grease is jelled and slips right into the garbage bag. Easy Peasy 💕
